What You Will Be Doing
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI solutions to optimize BPO operations and enhance customer experience
- Implement natural language processing solutions for chatbots, sentiment analysis, and automated customer service
- Develop predictive analytics models for forecasting, risk assessment, and operational optimization
- Build and maintain data pipelines for machine learning model training and deployment
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI solutions into existing systems
- Conduct model evaluation, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI systems
- Research and implement cutting-edge AI/ML technologies and frameworks to stay ahead of industry trends
- Document AI/ML processes, create technical specifications, and provide training to team members
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related technical field
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning, deep learning, and AI model development
- Proficiency in Python, R, and machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
- Strong experience with natural language processing, computer vision, and deep learning algorithms
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and ML deployment tools (MLflow, Kubeflow)
- Strong mathematical foundation in statistics, linear algebra, and probability theory
- Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) and distributed computing
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in collaborative teams
Nice to Have
- PhD in Machine Learning, AI, or related field with published research papers
- Experience with MLOps, model versioning, and production deployment of ML systems
- Knowledge of advanced ML techniques (GANs, Transformers, Reinforcement Learning)
- Previous experience in BPO, customer service automation, or business process optimization
- Certifications in cloud ML platforms (AWS ML Specialty, Azure AI Engineer, GCP ML Engineer)
- Experience with real-time ML systems and streaming data processing
