About the Role

What You Will Be Doing
- Provide exceptional customer support across multiple channels including phone, live chat, email, and social media platforms, ensuring 95%+ customer satisfaction rates
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues efficiently and professionally within defined SLA timeframes
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in our advanced CRM system
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including technical support, sales, and management to ensure seamless customer experience
- Process orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies and procedures
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments and follow up to ensure resolution
- Participate in ongoing training programs to stay updated on product knowledge and service standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred in Business, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal) with clear pronunciation
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar) and customer service tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and internet navigation
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in BPO or call center environment
- Multilingual capabilities (Spanish, French, German, or other languages)
- Experience with live chat and social media customer support
- Knowledge of customer service metrics and KPIs
- Certification in customer service or related field
