About the Role

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at OmniTech Solutions, you will be at the forefront of our digital transformation initiatives, developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling digital campaigns across multiple channels, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize performance and maximize ROI. This role offers the opportunity to shape our digital presence in the competitive BPO and technology services market, working with cutting-edge tools and platforms while contributing to our global expansion efforts. You'll be responsible for managing our digital ecosystem, from social media presence to email marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent brand messaging and exceptional customer experiences across all touchpoints.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels including social media, email, content marketing, and paid advertising
  • Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram, ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging
  • Design and implement email marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp or HubSpot, including segmentation, automation, and performance tracking
  • Manage Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, bid optimization, and budget allocation
  • Conduct SEO audits and implement on-page and technical SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website visibility
  • Analyze marketing performance using Google Analytics, social media insights, and other analytics tools to identify trends and optimization opportunities
  • Collaborate with the content team to develop blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and other content assets that support marketing objectives
  • Create and manage marketing automation workflows to nurture leads and improve conversion rates throughout the sales funnel
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities and maintain competitive advantage
  • Prepare detailed marketing reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B or technology services
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and on-page optimization techniques
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar) and marketing automation
  • Advanced skills in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and social media analytics tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to create compelling marketing copy
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset with experience in A/B testing and conversion optimization
  • Proficiency in design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar for creating marketing materials
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and lead management processes

Nice to Have

  • Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications
  • Experience with video marketing and YouTube advertising
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms like Marketo or Pardot
  • Previous experience in BPO or technology services industry
  • Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies
  • Familiarity with web development basics (HTML, CSS) for landing page optimization
