About the Role
As a Director at OmniTech Solutions, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to drive organizational growth and operational excellence across our global BPO and technology services operations. You'll work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives, manage key client relationships, and oversee multiple departments to ensure we deliver exceptional value to our clients. This senior leadership role requires a visionary mindset combined with strong operational expertise, as you'll be responsible for setting strategic direction, driving innovation, and ensuring sustainable growth across our diverse service portfolio. You'll lead cross-functional teams, manage complex stakeholder relationships, and play a crucial role in shaping the future of OmniTech Solutions as we continue to expand our global footprint and service offerings.
What You Will Be Doing
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive organizational growth and market expansion across multiple regions
- Lead and mentor senior management teams across different departments and geographical locations
- Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure sustainable growth and profitability
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key clients, vendors, and industry stakeholders
- Drive innovation and digital transformation initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards across all operations
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility
- Develop and implement talent acquisition and retention strategies to build high-performing teams
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and threats
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports to board members and stakeholders on company performance and strategic initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA preferred
- 8+ years of senior leadership experience in BPO, technology services, or related industries
- Proven track record of driving organizational growth and managing P&L responsibilities
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with experience leading large, diverse teams
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills for executive-level interactions
- Experience with international operations and cross-cultural team management
- Strong understanding of BPO industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape
- Proven ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships and client relationships
- Experience with change management and organizational transformation initiatives
