About the Role

As Head of Country at OmniTech Solutions, you will be responsible for leading our operations and driving business growth in your assigned region. This senior leadership role requires a strategic leader who can manage complex operations, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and drive revenue growth across multiple markets. You'll be the face of OmniTech in your region, responsible for establishing our presence, building local partnerships, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients. This role offers the opportunity to shape our regional strategy, lead diverse teams, and contribute to our global expansion efforts while working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You'll work closely with global leadership to align regional operations with company objectives and drive sustainable growth in your market.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Develop and execute comprehensive country strategy aligned with global business objectives and market opportunities
  • Lead and manage all country operations including service delivery, client management, and business development
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, government officials, and industry stakeholders
  • Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition, account expansion, and market penetration strategies
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, labor laws, and industry standards in your region
  • Manage and develop local talent, ensuring high performance and career growth opportunities
  • Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and resource allocation for country operations
  • Represent OmniTech at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand presence
  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and threats
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistent service delivery and operational excellence

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA preferred
  • 7+ years of senior leadership experience in BPO, technology services, or related industries
  • Proven track record of managing country operations and driving business growth in international markets
  • Strong understanding of local business culture, regulations, and market dynamics
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with experience leading diverse, multicultural teams
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills for executive-level interactions and client meetings
  • Strong business development and sales acumen with proven ability to close deals and grow accounts
  • Experience with P&L management, budgeting, and financial planning for country operations
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Fluency in local language and English, with strong cross-cultural communication skills

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience as Country Manager or Regional Director in BPO/technology services
  • Strong network of contacts in government, industry, and business circles in the target region
  • Experience with startup operations or greenfield market entry
  • Multilingual capabilities beyond English and local language
  • Experience with digital transformation and technology implementation in emerging markets
  • Professional certifications in project management, leadership, or industry-specific areas
