About the Role

As a People Coordinator at OmniTech Solutions, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR operations and coordinating people-related activities to ensure smooth organizational functioning across our global operations. You'll work closely with the HR team to manage employee lifecycle processes, coordinate recruitment activities, and support various people initiatives that enhance our workplace culture. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for supporting people in their professional growth. You'll be responsible for maintaining employee records, coordinating training programs, supporting onboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. What You Will Be Doing

  • Coordinate recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding activities
  • Maintain accurate employee records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions
  • Coordinate training programs, workshops, and professional development initiatives
  • Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management
  • Organize company events, team building activities, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Support performance management processes and employee evaluation cycles
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide support for HR-related questions and concerns
  • Prepare HR reports, presentations, and documentation as required
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in HR coordination, administration, or related roles
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for employee interactions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR information systems
  • Understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Experience with recruitment processes and candidate management
  • Multicultural awareness and ability to work with diverse teams

Nice to Have

  • HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar)
  • Experience with HRIS systems (Workday, BambooHR, or similar)
  • Previous experience in BPO or technology services industry
  • Experience with event planning and employee engagement activities
  • Knowledge of performance management systems and processes
  • Multilingual skills for international team coordination
