Production Manager
About the Role
As a Production Manager at OmniTech Solutions, you will be responsible for overseeing our production operations and ensuring efficient delivery of services to meet client requirements across our diverse BPO and technology services portfolio. You'll manage multiple production teams, optimize workflows, and ensure that all service delivery meets our high standards of quality and efficiency. This role requires strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. You'll be responsible for resource allocation, performance monitoring, process improvement, and maintaining strong relationships with both internal teams and external clients. This position offers the opportunity to lead production operations in a dynamic, technology-driven environment while contributing to our continued growth and success in the competitive BPO market.
What You Will Be Doing
- Oversee daily production operations across multiple service lines including customer service, technical support, and data processing
- Manage and lead production teams, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to quality standards
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure client satisfaction
- Develop and implement production schedules, resource allocation plans, and capacity management strategies
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Coordinate with client services, quality assurance, and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Handle production escalations, resolve operational issues, and implement corrective actions
- Manage production budgets, monitor costs, and ensure profitability of production operations
- Train and develop production staff, ensuring continuous skill improvement and career growth
- Prepare regular production reports, analyze trends, and provide recommendations to senior management
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- 5+ years of production management experience in BPO, customer service, or related industries
- Proven track record of managing large production teams and meeting performance targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills with ability to motivate and develop staff
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making approach
- Experience with production planning, capacity management, and resource optimization
- Proficiency in production management software, CRM systems, and reporting tools
- Strong communication skills for client interactions and team coordination
- Understanding of quality management systems and continuous improvement methodologies
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
- Certification in Production Management, Six Sigma, or Lean methodologies
- Experience with workforce management systems and scheduling tools
- Previous experience in technology services or digital operations
- Knowledge of automation tools and process optimization techniques
