Regional Manager (Oman)
About the Role
As Regional Manager for our Oman operations at OmniTech Solutions, you will be responsible for managing regional operations and overseeing multiple teams to ensure our business objectives are met across the Sultanate of Oman. You'll play a crucial role in expanding our presence in the region, building strong client relationships, and leading diverse teams to deliver exceptional BPO and technology services. This senior leadership position requires deep understanding of the Omani business environment, cultural sensitivity, and strong operational expertise. You'll be responsible for driving revenue growth, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining our reputation as a trusted partner in the region. This role offers the opportunity to shape our regional strategy, lead multicultural teams, and contribute to our global expansion while working in one of the most dynamic markets in the Middle East.
What You Will Be Doing
- Develop and execute comprehensive regional strategy aligned with company objectives and Omani market opportunities
- Lead and manage multiple teams across different service lines and locations in Oman
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, government officials, and business partners in Oman
- Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition, account expansion, and market penetration strategies
- Ensure compliance with Omani labor laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and resource allocation for regional operations
- Manage and develop local talent, ensuring high performance and career growth opportunities
- Represent OmniTech at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities in Oman
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistent service delivery and operational excellence
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA preferred
- 6+ years of senior management experience in BPO, technology services, or related industries
- Proven track record of managing regional operations and driving business growth in international markets
- Strong understanding of Omani business culture, regulations, and market dynamics
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with experience leading diverse, multicultural teams
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills for executive-level interactions and client meetings
- Strong business development and sales acumen with proven ability to close deals and grow accounts
- Experience with P&L management, budgeting, and financial planning for regional operations
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with ability to make data-driven decisions
- Fluency in English and Arabic, with strong cross-cultural communication skills
Nice to Have
- Previous experience as Regional Manager or Country Manager in BPO/technology services
- Strong network of contacts in government, industry, and business circles in Oman
- Experience with startup operations or greenfield market entry in the Middle East
- Multilingual capabilities beyond English and Arabic
- Experience with digital transformation and technology implementation in emerging markets
- Professional certifications in project management, leadership, or industry-specific areas
