About the Role
As a Senior Manager at OmniTech Solutions, you will be responsible for leading and managing multiple teams to achieve organizational objectives and drive operational excellence across our diverse BPO and technology services portfolio. What You Will Be Doing
- Lead and manage multiple teams across different service lines to achieve organizational objectives
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive operational excellence and business growth
- Oversee performance management, ensuring teams meet KPIs and service level agreements
- Manage budgets, resources, and operational costs to ensure profitability and efficiency
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to build high-performing teams
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards
- Handle escalations and complex operational issues with professionalism and efficiency
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports to senior leadership on team performance and business metrics
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA preferred
- 6+ years of management experience in BPO, customer service, or related industries
- Proven track record of leading multiple teams and achieving business objectives
- Strong leadership and team management skills with ability to motivate and develop staff
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills with data-driven decision making approach
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills for executive-level interactions
- Experience with budget management, resource allocation, and P&L responsibility
- Strong understanding of BPO operations, quality management, and client service delivery
- Proficiency in project management, process improvement, and change management
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Professional certifications in management, leadership, or industry-specific areas
- Experience with international operations and cross-cultural team management
- Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean, or other process improvement methodologies
