Team Leader - Data Processing (India)
About the Role
As a Team Leader for Data Processing at OmniTech Solutions, you will be responsible for leading and managing data processing operations to ensure accurate and timely data handling across various projects. You'll play a crucial role in maintaining data quality standards while developing and mentoring your team members to achieve their full potential. What You Will Be Doing
- Lead and manage data processing operations to ensure accurate and timely data handling
- Monitor team performance metrics including processing accuracy, throughput, and quality scores
- Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities for team members
- Handle complex data processing challenges and quality assurance issues
- Implement and maintain quality assurance processes for data processing operations
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and one-on-one sessions
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance data processing efficiency
- Ensure team compliance with data processing policies, procedures, and client requirements
- Manage team schedules, workload distribution, and resource allocation
- Prepare and present regular reports on team performance and data processing metrics
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in data processing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of leading data processing teams and achieving quality targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills with ability to motivate and develop staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team and client interactions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience with data processing tools, databases, and quality management systems
- Understanding of data processing best practices and quality management principles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong commitment to maintaining data quality and processing accuracy
Nice to Have
- Certification in data management or quality assurance
- Experience with data processing automation tools and systems
- Previous experience in BPO or data processing environments
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean)
