About the Role

As a Team Leader for Sales in the USA at OmniTech Solutions, you will be responsible for leading and managing sales operations to drive revenue growth and manage sales teams in the competitive US market. You'll play a crucial role in developing and executing sales strategies while mentoring your team members to achieve their full potential. What You Will Be Doing

  • Lead and manage sales operations in the US market to drive revenue growth
  • Monitor team performance metrics including sales targets, conversion rates, and revenue growth
  • Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities for sales team members
  • Handle key client relationships and complex sales negotiations
  • Implement and maintain sales processes and CRM systems for optimal performance
  • Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and one-on-one sessions
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance market penetration and growth
  • Ensure team compliance with sales policies, procedures, and client requirements
  • Manage team schedules, territory assignments, and resource allocation
  • Prepare and present regular reports on team performance and sales metrics

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of leading sales teams and achieving revenue targets
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with ability to motivate and develop staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team and client interactions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Experience with CRM systems, sales tools, and performance metrics
  • Understanding of sales best practices and market dynamics in the US
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong customer focus and commitment to delivering exceptional sales experiences
