What You Will Be Doing
- Source and identify top IT talent through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
- Screen and interview candidates to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring smooth communication and feedback
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Stay updated with US IT market trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging technologies
- Maintain detailed records in ATS and provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to build a robust talent pipeline
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2+ years of IT recruitment experience, preferably in US market
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry terminology
- Excellent communication skills in English with ability to build rapport with candidates and clients
- Proficiency in ATS systems (Workday, BambooHR, or similar) and recruitment tools
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills with proven track record
- Ability to work in EST timezone and understand US business culture
- Results-oriented mindset with ability to meet and exceed recruitment targets
Nice to Have
- Recruitment certifications (CIR, AIRS, or similar) and HR credentials
- Experience with executive search and C-level recruitment
- Knowledge of US employment laws, visa processes, and compliance requirements
- Experience with Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing strategies
- Previous experience in BPO or staffing agency environment
- Strong social media presence and LinkedIn recruiting expertise
